Fall/Winter Starts

Here is the list of winter starts in the basement plus future and recent direct seeding for the fall. In previous years, I've planted romanesco, cabbage, brocoli, cauliflower, and asian radishes in springtime with poor results. Colorado gets to hot, too quick.

This year hope to plant all Kole's by Aug 1rst. Last year I didn't get them in till the 15th..we had an early hard frost and I didn't get much from the broccoli. But I'm recommitted. We'll see what kind of production comes of it. The italian seeds are all from Seeds of Italy..a g.r.e.a.t. seed company.

Radishes(Red, Green hearted; Daikon), mustards, tatsoi, mache all direct seeded.

July 3rd week-Succession plant carrots. 5th planting. To avoid the worms, I'm giving them a headfake.
